PropTech Energy is a group of nine innovative and expanding companies including Ömangruppen, Axcell Fastighetspartner, P2 Energi, Alova, Inflo Ventilationsservice, Secon, APS operation and maintenance, JFK, and KEAB. The companies offer comprehensive solutions for properties, with specialized expertise in various areas. We take responsibility for the whole or assist with individual interventions based on customer needs. We are located in about 30 places across the country and have a total of approximately 700 employees.

Job Responsibilities
As a property caretaker, you will work closely with the customer. It is your task to maintain existing customer relationships and establish new contacts. You will have daily contact with tenants and property owners to provide them with the service they need.
Your tasks will include:
- Maintenance and cleaning of outdoor areas
- Gardening
- Corrective actions
- Driving smaller improvement projects
- Property inspections
Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
- High school education
- Education or experience in property maintenance or similar industries
- Driving license B
- Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
- Experience in gardening is an advantage
As a property caretaker with us, you have engagement and enjoy order and tidiness. You have the ability to work proactively and ensure that everything is neat and clean. For you, service and responsibility are a given, and you are comfortable working independently. You enjoy maintaining a high pace without compromising on quality.
The team currently consists of four property caretakers responsible for their own properties. The work is characterized by close collaboration where team members support each other as needed and work together towards set goals.
